National Renewable Energy Day 2013
Tanzania Renewable Energy Association (TAREA) will conduct the Tanzania National Renewable Energy Day on the days of 21 and 22 June, 2013. The event will be held at Arusha Declaration Museum, Kaloleni Area, Tanzania. The event will consist of three major parts, exhibitions, workshop and technology study tours. Exhibitions will give opportunity to the renewable energy stakeholders to promote their products, services and raise awareness to the community on the potentials/limitations and quality renewable energy products/services while the public will have opportunity of experiencing available renewable energy products in the market. TAREA will demonstrate to the public how to recognize poor quality products. Workshop will give an opportunity of renewable energy stakeholders to exchange knowledge on the renewable energy technologies. The site visits will be done to the best practice renewable technology sites of hybrid system and bio gas.
